We have had nothing but problems and substandard care at The Pines. Working with management has been difficult.

When you are hired and your first question is will I have support, and they state of course you will! Then come to find out not one of the regional managers do NOT show up after knowing and leaving you on a 28 hour shift during an outbreak of COVID-19. You show up everyday for work do the best you can on a daily basis with absolutely no staff your the director and you are completely doing CNA care daily! Then after 2 horrible months you get through COVID-19, the interim director comes in and tells you we are discontinuing your job title effective immediately , and walked out like you did something wrong. Owell great learning experience to know that the people that claim to run IntegraCare just don t care about you.
