There software is always evolving and improving to help us get through the ever changing requirements set forth from the Aerospace, Medical and Automotive industries.

I have been a user of InspectionXpert for several years, and have recently re-acquainted myself with the product. Performing First Article requirements can be tedious, but using InspectionXpert simplifies it to the point of maximizing the customer requirement and minimizing the time it takes to perform the FAI. I just recently had a great experience last week when confronted with an issue. I contacted their customer support team, and Ali was on top of her game with assisting me with my questions. She stayed with me on shared screen, and we worked together to solve the issues I was experiencing, and provided follow up e-mail afterward to ensure success. I understand an updated version is soon to be released, and I am quite excited to use the updated platform. I highly recommend this product for those that need professional First Article Reports completed professionally, and in a timely manner. Customer Support is top notch!!!
Inspection Xpert has saved me a ton of time on First Articles, Balloon Drawings, and Inspection Reports. I was amazed at how easy it was to create. I would recommend trying it out. Their support group is very helpful in solving any issue I have. I'm glad my company got this software!
Inspectionxpert is an awesome tool, makes preparing inspection projects simple. FAI's, PPAP project ballooning and capturing inspection points are easy to use.
I have been using IX for a couple years now and they have the best customer service hands down. This is a great tool that saves us a lot of time, and they are an AMAZING company that really does want each customer to succeed. This software is quite easy to learn, very intuitive, and there are plenty of how-to guides and videos. If you find anything you can't quite figure out, one call to their customer success team will have you sorted out.
This program is very easy to learn. There are a few quirks, but nothing horrible. I would recommend this to anyone needing to do FAI's for their company
I first learned about this program in 2015 after looking for an improvement over DISCUS. My QC department had concerns over the DISCUS report quality once it was exported not to mention the lack of user friendliness of Discus when trying to train new employees never using this type of program. We signed up for InspectionXpert after doing the 30 day trial, seeing how much easier it was to create a bubbled print as well as the exporting of the inspection report. The fact that I could take one of my inspectors that had never been interested in doing that task and get him excited once he tried InspectionXpert for the 1st time after simply receiving just one lesson and seeing how easy it was. Since then, I have shared my knowledge on this program with professionals from other facilities and each one of them have signed up for this program immediately after their 30 fay trial has run out... This program is not only user friendly, and crates a great customized In-Process, Final and AS9102 Report, but the customer service and tech support is prompt and results every time above and beyond the "leave a message and get an answer sometime later" when contacting DISCUS.
I use InspectionXpert daily and the tech team is awesome to deal with, they walk you thru all your problems and if it is something that they are not sure of the answer to they will research it and get back to you in a timely manner.
the program is easy to use and every time I come off a call I learn a new shortcut or something new about the program that I can use.
