Good service and good products. 1 less star as one needs to check items well upon delivery as they have at times been damaged whilst in storage or in transit. Otherwise good value for money

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My colleague had called them earlier stating she wanted paper bags in certain sizes. They told us that they have a size bigger and a size smaller so I left from swieqi to go any pick up the samples so we could see if our product(s) would fit in them. Upon arriving I struggled to find parking and proceeded to wait what felt like 20 minutes inside the store with 2 customers ahead of me. At which point a manager of some sort comes in and has a conversation with the receptionist who then tells me to wait outside because they can only allow 2 customers in the store at a time. No problem, I then leave and wait another 15 mins in the sun outside. After which I m called in by her and try to explain what I need but Im interrupted by the phone ringing and she rudely answers even though we were in the middle of a conversation. I politely wait for her to finish at which point I m asked to repeat myself. She then tells me very rudely that she can t give me the 2 samples because there are other customers waiting . I tried to explain that my colleague called earlier she then directs me to look at the samples they have pinned to the wall. I try to explain we need to see if our products fit inside but she ignores me and replies to another staff member who interrupted our conversation. She turns back and says she can t give samples because there are other customers waiting. What the hell does that even mean! I tell her I am customer and I was told I could collect samples and I have been waiting for over half an hour while you served the 2 customers before me so it s only fair that the one after me can wait while you serve me! She mumbles something and I just leave after having completely wasted my time and fuel. The Blonde receptionist needs an attitude adjustment and training course on customer service!

This, in my opinion, is the top supplier of packaging and disposal materials in Malta. Their sales team are always very helpful and professional. I recommend them also for their regular and timely deliveries. If something is out of stock or changes in price, they always advise us of the changes before they send the order.

Very poor service, ordered take away boxes for today but didn't receive it.
