About Inns of aurora

Inns of Aurora: A Resort Experience Like No Other

Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, Inns of Aurora is a collection of four historic properties that offer guests a unique resort experience. Each property has its own distinct character and charm, but all share a commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

The Inns of Aurora are located in the picturesque village of Aurora, New York. This storybook village is home to just over 700 residents and boasts tree-lined streets, charming shops, and stunning views of Cayuga Lake. It's no wonder that this area has become a popular destination for travelers seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

The first property in the Inns of Aurora collection is the elegant Aurora Inn. Originally built in 1833 as a stagecoach stop, this historic inn has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The inn features 10 guest rooms with luxurious amenities such as plush bedding, spa-quality bath products, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Next door to the Aurora Inn is E.B. Morgan House - another beautifully restored property that offers six spacious guest rooms with private baths. This Victorian-era mansion was once home to one of America's most successful businessmen - Edwin Barber Morgan - who made his fortune in railroads and banking.

Just down Main Street from these two properties is Rowland House - an Italianate-style villa that was built in 1902 by William Henry Bostwick Jr., who was one of America's wealthiest men at the time. Today, Rowland House offers five luxurious guest rooms with modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs and iPod docking stations.

Finally, there's Wallcourt Hall - an impressive Georgian-style mansion that was built in 1881 by Charles Wells Pomeroy Jr., who was also one of America's wealthiest men at the time. Wallcourt Hall features six spacious guest rooms with antique furnishings and original artwork.

All four properties offer guests access to exceptional dining experiences at either Fargo Bar & Grill or Dorie’s Bakery & Café – both located on site – where they can enjoy locally sourced ingredients prepared by talented chefs while taking advantage breathtaking views over Cayuga Lake or charming gardens surrounding each building respectively.

In addition to their beautiful accommodations and dining options, Inns Of Aurora also offers guests access to various activities including kayaking on Cayuga Lake or exploring nearby wineries along Seneca Wine Trail which boasts more than thirty wineries within easy driving distance from our location!

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or simply want some time away from it all surrounded by natural beauty – Inns Of Aurora provides everything you need for an unforgettable vacation experience!
