This is the most toxic culture I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my career. There are no competent leaders, very poor training. There are so many jobs for nurses, stay away from this place.

I was treated very poorly by this organization as a whole. I believe that the director of UR is very unprofessional and maybe prejudice. When I complained about it, she retaliated against me and then fired me for no real reason. Now I am calling to obtain my tax forms but only get a voicemail. There is no other number available to call, which was also the case when I tried to report the treatment that I received. There is no grievance line or complaint source.
