Work place is like small room 2.When they got serious financial problems, they just stop your insurance, without any notification! 3.You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you fire 4.Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. Your will never get fat because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat You will never ever get cold while working in libsys because ac's never work. Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour. 5.AMC(manager) treats everyone like a labour which can not leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission. 6.innoviti also indirectly forces employees to write good about it in glassdoor through its employee circular to all employees in common forum to retain in brand value.So whatever positive feedback you find in glassdoor recently for innovitisbased on force applied. 7.bad management, bad decisions, no support

Very bad service ever seen. Nobody will respond to Mail / Call don't buy any service from this company by mistake also. Till the payment only contacts reachable

Definitely not a 'word keeping' company. I, along with 5 of my friends took up a contract job with offer letters for 10 days which involved key injection, testing and data entry of swiping machines. We did our part brilliantly. Completed 1000 pieces in 6 days, well before the given deadline. We were ensured OT as well, so we put in a extra 8 hours to get the job done before the deadline. But, all this in vain as we were not paid on time, and our payment was made after 15 days of the said time. Don't fall for such projects they give out, and be extra careful of the cunning HR whose name starts with Z(not allowed to take his name). He's good in manipulating, and to talk about the management, I can only laugh at their disintegraty and inability to be organized. . Collars up, don't join them they don't deserve anybody.

Start up organisation. Technical skills improvements will be less but relax work. Will find very good work life balance

Work environment is very stereotypical like the more you stay the best you are.not friendly for woman.job security is at stake.good work will be rewarded for some limited persons.ine mistake can lead you loose your job even without a notice.

Attended interview here. People are very unprofessional and do lot of regionalism. This does not look like a corporate office.
