As a employee from agency Express Employment Professionals I been working here since last December as I applied for a Compounder position and apparently had me as a Pre-Weigher. Had me rushing throughout the whole time I been working there and treated me like an immigrant knowing I'm a U.S. Citizen. This new Supervisor name Hunter has no type of experience in compounding yet had experience in Pre Weighing, much never really did much to help out the team and always had me in a rush telling me I couldn't go home until my job was done. One day I decided to just quit; thinking it'll never be the same ever since the last Supervisor left because someone lied about what he did as he was making batches. If you ever work for this company good luck with the attitude that they'll give you and too much high school drama and gossiping which is a no no. And P.S. you need to work for like a year in order to be hired unless they like you if not you'll forever work through the agency that gave you that so-called "job opportunity. " It's sad they'll never see me make a fresh batch knowing that for sure someone talked about me saying I was a person who couldn't be trusted until all these days I been working there had been showing that I am responsible and trustworthy but they let me down so I had to let them down at the end. Anyway I found a new job opportunity where I will be compounding and my new Supervisor is really chill and buys food for all the compounding department. Had a blast at this job until things started changing around. I will for sure not get another opportunity here but it's for the best and I know I am worth more than just a Pre-weigher. I am getting paid more now and here I was not even when I asked for a raise they just ignored it.
