I'm new in town and needed a quiet space with strong internet to facilitate a virtual workshop. After checking out two other co-working spaces in town that weren't working out, Colin at The Dock really took the time to get to know what I needed, offered some favors, and set me up for a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this place for any co-working needs!

theDock 2.0 is amazing! There is so much light from the windows and skylights. I love the community vibe and the coworkers are great.
Was just ok. I would suggest going for drinks on the patio or a cheap drink and nibbles in the lounge. We had oysters, sliders, crab/shrimp dip. Everything was ok. Presentation also needs some work. Service was good. I wouldn't go here for oysters unless I wanted a buck-a-shuck.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at theDock space! I can focus on what I am doing and then when I am interested in connecting with others, I can easily! Open and welcoming with natural lighting, it's an inviting space.

My boyfriend and I decided to try the docks again now called "finn's" again. We had very very slow service the first time we came and yet again the second time was just as slow. Taking just over an hour to get our food. I had asked to swap regular fries for yam fries with the meal and the server said "not a problem". We got our food finally and there was regular fries on my plate along with a side of yam fries. When I asked about it she said. "Yeah the yam fries are a 4 dollar extra charge, but I didn't charge you for the fries". I had no idea what she was talking aboiut and then we saw on our bill that they did charge us the extra fee. After we asked if she could take it off the bill because we were unaware there was an extra charge, she told us the manager was busy and that all she could do alone was take a dollar off. I said it would have been nice to know when we ordered and then she replied in a condescending tone that "well it was on the menu". I told her that some places don't charge for the swap and most restaurants let you know if there is an extra fee. She then said "Well where are you guys from?" As if we obviously weren't from around victoria even though we are local to the city. The extra 4 dollars is not my main issue.. it was the service and the disrespect that is the reason I will not be coming back.

Great place rent a room or just a desk for a meeting. And they are good at social events as well. I just happened to be there when they offered fresh pancakes and coffee for breakfast. What a treat.
Very nice place to work. Quiet at this time, lot's of places to seat and in front of windows as well to get the sun. You can book free room if you have a meeting. They respect the covid rules. You can also use the kitchen for tea or coffee, and the fridge for your lunch. The team is very welcoming and nice. I love working there
