Finally got the results of an EKG I took on June 9th today, July 6. I tried to find out what happened and was transferred to several departments and got no help. I'm fortunate that the EKG was normal or I might not be here to complain. Then I called my provider who got involved or I'd probably still be waiting for an answer. Can't wait to hear the excuses.

July 16th: EKG results still not showing on Inland Portal.

I need to release my medical records to my Insuran...

I need to release my medical records to my Insurance company and after two months of waiting I haven't had any luck. When I call the Medical Records Department they keep saying they are denying the release because I don't have a signed release form. I obtained one and sent it to my doctor's office and now months later they say I need the paper signed again! So frustrating as any income I received is based on these medical records. When you go to Inland Hospital medical records online, They request over $100.00 to received your medical records. I need help to obtain these records. What Can I do?

The nurses here were absolutely awesome. I got treated really nicely and given several different medications. Never once did I see the doctor though, and because I got discharged when I was told I could, without going directly to their long term facility I was sent home with no prescriptions that they were treating me with. One that is supposed to be long term as well. Not even enough to make it to an appointment with a primary care physician.

I just moved here and wasn t sure what hospital was good. Unfortunately I went here first. I was there with back issues and waited for 2.5 hrs. I left and went to Maine General where at least I was taken care of rather than being ignored. The receptionist was rude and lazy. When I asked any questions, he would answer, I don t know and not even bother finding out.

First was they messed up my moms appendix surgery 3 years ago and ended up leaving something inside. With this left a lot of complications and she passed away due to them. I tried to sue but some medical records were missing. I ve been having issues with this hospital and doctors office for years but with health insurance issues I had to stick around today was the last straw. I waited 3 hours in the ER just for a minute long visit with the doctor over my blood pressure being dangerously high (when I was at home anyways to it several times and was told by several other medical professionals I know personally to come in as they were concerned,) it was still pretty high at the ER and I was having symptoms I m not used to having nor do I ever have high blood pressure.he told me to contact my doctor and didn t do anything and sent me home. I had tried to get a hold of my doctors office all morning but the system is hard to even get through to make appointments. I finally got a hold of my doctor and ended up having to change my appointment time as it conflicted with something else and the office staff was extremely rude to me so I will no longer ever be going here.

I moved to Inland from the Maine General Health System to follow my PCP. She has since moved on, but I had such positive experiences with the people I had met at the hospital, for various reasons, that I stayed. All that changed recently. I ended up in the ER and it was a very frightening experience. The staff were curt and uncaring, treated me as if I was a nuisance, and gave generally substandard care. It was just awful and now I'm worried if I ever have to go there again.

They rushed me out of the ER when I visited with life-threatening high blood pressure. I didn't even get a third blood pressure reading before they told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to see my regular doctor...even after I told them my own doctor wasn't getting back to me hours later so I had no choice but to go to the ER. I never got a bill and as life went on I forgot about it until I got a bill from a collection agency. So in addition to doing nothing for me at the ER, they screwed up my credit as well. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Having to go to the ER is always a scary thing.

Having to go to the ER is always a scary thing.
Was super impressed by the care given from everyone there.
The volunteers were wonderful, the intake girl was so helpful.
Radiology was very kind, I was in alot of pain.
My er nurse Ryan was patient and really seemed concerned for me, which made me feel at ease.
And last was the super awesome er doctor. Dr Guggina was kind and understanding of my pain level. She got the test and referral done in a matter of minutes.
Was in and out in about an hour. Feeling positive about the experience and the outcome of my knee.
Highly recommend this ER they give excellent care when you need it the most.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I was sent a bill a full year after I had a surgery which left me completely blindsided. I have since set up a payment plan and they have managed to mess up the payments TWICE. I have had to sit on the phone and waste literal hours of my life trying to fix all of their mistakes. The most horrible billing process I have ever encountered. I never review anything but I feel obligated to warn others to stay very far away from this company unless you want untimely bills, repeated errors, a completely disconnected/bored staff "taking care" of you and to waste entire portions of your life dealing with the many mistakes of their billing departments.

If I could give less than a star I would. Some of the providers there are very dismissive. They don't take the time to listen when it comes to a special needs child. I spoke my mind to try and get my point across and the provider did everything in her power to spite me. She apparently did not like being put in her place when it came to her being in the wrong. NOT ALL PROVIDERS KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I will not be taking my kids back to this ER.

I m making an edit because the respond I got from Inland was terrible. Did I once say anything about wait time? Waiting wasn t the issue. It was the ER DOCTOR that was the issue. Just want to make myself clear for whoever the heck is reading these comments at the hospital.
