I spoke to Ashley at Ink Trax today requesting 2 t-shirts to be made by tomorrow. As most of us know, that is a absurd request. She wasn t able to do the silly t-shirts but she was a pleasure to speak with and gave me as many options that she could give me on such short notice and for JUST two custom shirts!
The reason I m writing this review isn t because of the shirts being made BUT for the lovely customer service she provided. In today s purchasing options, the world is turning to our computers to purchase a large majority of our products. What she delivers was the art of human customer service with a smile and help so I can get these shirts for my daughter and her best friend. Ashley, thank you for your help and keeping it local!

InkTrax did a phenomenal job! From cultivating an awesome design, to the production - they made everything so easy! I reached out to Josh Tiernan with a few scattered ideas, and they produced the best design. They knew exactly what I wanted, but lacked the ability to describe. They were also very accommodating - can't say enough good about them!! Thank you InkTrax, we love our shirts and we look forward to working with you guys again in the future!
