JA Worldwide is a global non-profit organization that aims to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. INJAZ Al-Arab shares this vision by providing programs that equip young people with the skills they need to thrive in today's fast-paced business environment.

The organization's mission is simple yet powerful: "to inspire and prepare young Arabs to succeed in the global economy." To achieve this goal, INJAZ Al-Arab offers various programs that cater to different age groups. These programs are designed to help students develop essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.

One of INJAZ Al-Arab's flagship programs is Company Program (CP), which targets high school students aged 15-18 years old. CP provides students with hands-on experience on how to start their own businesses from scratch. Students form teams of 5-7 members who work together throughout the academic year under the guidance of volunteer mentors from local businesses.

During this period, students learn how to create business plans; conduct market research; design products or services; manage finances; market their products or services; sell them at trade fairs organized by INJAZ Al-Arab across different countries within MENA region such as UAE , Saudi Arabia , Jordan , Egypt etc.; compete against other teams for awards at national level competitions held annually ;and finally liquidate their companies at the end of the academic year.

Another program offered by INJAZ Al-Arab is Entrepreneurship Masterclass (EMC), which targets university students aged 18-24 years old. EMC provides students with an intensive training program that covers various aspects of entrepreneurship, including ideation, business planning, marketing, finance, and pitching. The program also includes mentorship sessions with successful entrepreneurs who share their experiences and insights on how to succeed in business.

INJAZ Al-Arab also offers programs for younger students such as More Than Money (MTM) and It's My Business (IMB). MTM is designed for elementary school students aged 8-11 years old and focuses on teaching them financial literacy skills such as budgeting, saving, investing, and giving back to their communities. IMB is designed for middle school students aged 12-14 years old and focuses on teaching them entrepreneurship skills such as identifying opportunities, creating a product or service concept , developing a marketing plan ,and presenting it to potential investors.

INJAZ Al-Arab has been making significant strides in promoting youth education and entrepreneurship across the Arab world. The organization has reached over 3 million young people since its inception in 2004. Its impact can be seen through the success stories of its alumni who have gone on to become successful entrepreneurs or leaders in different fields.
