Clean store. Ok staff. Food in the deli could be better and it never seems like they flip it.

Kind of run down but it's got that west asheville hipster thing going for it

Good service just don't like having to avoid homeless beggars just to go shopping. Can't even get into the store without someone asking for money, or giving a sob story for pity. Please do something more to clean up your area around the store.

As far as Ingles go, let's call this one "vintage." It's one of the earlier stores, and it shows when you walk in. There's less selection of hot foods, an actual video rental section (remember those?), and fewer checkout lines, but it's still a grocery store.

Why don't all ingles stores carry the same brands of dog and cat food? Love the cereal selection.

When will Ingles give West Asheville some love? Smh

This (Haywood Rd) ingles is in serious need of an update. Natural products are very limited, produce section looks sad. Worst of all, the management here allows employees and costumers to chain smoke right outside the entrance. Have to walk through a cloud of smoke with my daughter to shop. Foul. Don t shop here!

Fried chicken so much better than the fast food places, cheaper too!

It is a very busy place. I go in and out as fast as i can. The workers have smiles to greet and great conversation. It's awesome

Store looked nasty. Dirty, dusty, and dingy. Also check the expiration date on everything you purchase as multiple items had already expired

Everything from overpriced food to food poisoning (mild) they could learn something from bi-lo

Small chain supermarket than has what you need. Prices are moderate and staff is average.

West Asheville Ingles is where you'll most likely run into someone you know! Never trouble parking. They have a bulletin board with local services and events. Great prices, Great smiles

Mediocre for a 2017 grocery store. Expect to be followed around by the security guard if you're a black male

Ingles is always good have plenty of different things around the store and the prices are always good.

I love Laura Lynn and I dont care who knows it. I just wanna get with that. She can sweet, salty or spicy. She ain't pretentious. Always there, pretty much anything you need and costs less than the national name brands. But not in a cheap way, nahmsayin? Feel me? Woooooooooooo child!

2 stars for convenience and Ingles prices. Produce selection is pitiful and there are regularly obscenely long lines, no matter the time of day. Unless you live local to West Asheville, not worth stopping in this Ingles. If you're in the area and need to hit up a grocery deli or grab an item quick, I'd recommend the West Asheville Market down the road. You'll pay a bit more for most items, but the experience is more pleasant, the food options are all around better quality, and you're supporting an all-around better institution. There are other Ingles outside of town that I really enjoy stopping in when my commute takes me by there (East Asheville and Candler)

Love Ingles, but They need to redo this old ingles and bring West Aville a new one. We deserve a Blingles!

Staff nice. Place seems dirty all the time. Very limited selection and seems small.

Thanks for always having my coffee cream or. Creamora is the best and thanks to Bordens for still making it. Really good stuff. Can not find out on PNW. That would be Washington State.

Small store, unfriendly stockers, very expensive. If you want something ask a manager. And if you want to save money on the same product drive up to one of the Ingles' on Leicester Highway. The same thing (a gallon of organic milk) is a dollar cheaper.

They don't help the community & their pricing models are ridiculous.

It is a chain but the atmosphere is totally that of a neighborhood grocery store. Produce and bakery are both great. So is the beer and wine selection.

Nice clean stores with nice produce. Wish their prices were lower.

Definitely one of the least good Ingles in the chain. Hopefully it gets replaced as the rest have fairly soon.

We call this the Ghetto Ingles, it's in serious need of upgrading.

I love the place if they don't have it they will get it . and the people are great.they are one of the few places one can get Japanese plum wine n Asahi beer.

Buy most of our meat here. We can walk to Ingles. Not far from house. Employees are always friendly.

My husband forgot to get his $40 cash back an i just knew it was gone...2 days later on our way out of Asheville to come home to Belmont an there are actually nice people still left in the world...somebody turned it in an it was in the safe!!..

I like the large Ingles Super Stores!. But my local Ingles on Haywood Rd in Asheville is one of the small ones. And doesn't carry all of the things that the large Ingles Super Store's carry!!.

I'm from out of town and this store refused me a store card for the discounts. Should not have to sell my data to get published sales!!!! I walked out and will not be back! Store was not very nice.

Organic produce, but it could be so much better. Especially being the super market for the heart of hipster West Asheville. Every other Ingles has much better choices.

Always a great selection and variety of items. Clean and orginized.

Always good food. Best meat they cut anything up the way you want. Pharmacy always remembers what I need.

In my opinion one of the best grocery stores on our planet. Bob and his team have done awesome job. I remember his first store on hwy 25 guess I'm telling my age. Keep up the good work I guess his children are running the show.
