They built a fence for my newly built house. After 1 month the gate failed, and a long run started to lean due to them not putting the posts deep enough into the ground. It took over 15 phone calls over 3 months to finally get someone out to "fix it" now after a month we're back to a gate that doesn't work. DO NOT use Ingle Fence. Currently have my lawyer drafting complaints to the ACLB and AG.
They installed an ornamental iron fence for me 3 years ago. The gate started to settle after the first year. I have been calling them for 2 years and practically begging them to fix my fence.
My next call is going to be the Better Business Bureau.

Ingle replaced a fence around my property. Damaged three of my trees, put on the wrong gate latches, and did not put in 38 screws to hold brackets. Owner said he would come out and view damage. He never showed. Sent out a salesman a week later. Agreed to reduce bill, but then calculated a higher amount. Had to resend bill 3 times. Poor quality work, poor customer service and poor adding skills.
A lack of professionalism was displayed at my site. What should have been a 2 day job became a 4 day event with my company making all of the communication. Though I appreciate the apology, their company lost another job as a result of our experience.
This is the company you want to do any fencing job that you might have. Their folks were friendly, polite, and were on time for the appointment. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwords. I would highly recommend them for all of your fencing needs.
BEWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, I would agree with the review that says there are a bunch of dopers that are probably wanted by law enforcement working for this company. Take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I should have listened to all the negative reviews. I have a fence that is already coming apart after being constructed just this year. I kind of wonder if the owner is not on dope because he has really screwed this company up. I thought I could save a couple hundred dollars by going with this company but I should have just paid more and went with a company with better reviews. I guess you get what you pay for.
My wife and I were amazed by how fast we got the fence! We were thinking it would be weeks till we got one,but it turned out to be days. The fence is great!
It provides a good job. And they are the best at what they do!
We had multiple issues using this company. There was a complete lack of communication between the person who drew the design and the people who installed it, which resulted in things not being done correctly. The quality is also terrible. We ve had multiple boards on the fence start to fall off. They are incredibly slow to get back to you when you have a problem, if they ever do at all. We had to pay someone else to make repairs to the fence they built in February. I do not recommend using them.
