this time feeling great for visit (my 1st time is great too, but yesterday is better). going for orchards night out. i like the concept i like we can pay cashless there and between seller and buyer kinda have good attitude. cant wait for its next event~

The quality of orchard park finishing below the standard let alone for the developer class podomoro grand. Slow developer and manager response. Disappointing.

Because it s branded developer it doesn t mean has a good quality, all landed house looks standard from its design, nothing special, no luxurious look, location near the industrial area, and one thing especially concrete quality and electrical installation are bloody sh**, below international standard even Singapore Standard! So not worth from it s price!
