Up to 2 times a fault on the DSL line that the Fritz Box has gone, itself have to pay for the costs of a new Fritz Box of 175, -. And that to have been a customer for 12 years ... adieu !!

Really heavily disappointing this company. The only thing they can do is point to another company, but they don't solve the problem. They find it quite normal that a technician can come in 5 days to look at the problem while the connection is dead and you have a store to run. No PIN, no internet. Alarm no longer works. They do not comply with their agreements, do not inform you while this has been agreed.

We have had several questions regarding Infopact Prime and our internet services. Up to now always helped, and the questions answered quickly!

Never experienced such a bad provider! First had poor or no connection for months. Then they credited 3 months as compensation.
Now 1 week later they have made a "mistake" and closed my entire internet line.
Now they have to make a new application at kpn and I have to wait a week before I have internet again.
I have a lunchroom, so no income from these messers.
In addition to being dependent on KPN, the employees of the service desk lie and they all make nice promises that they do not keep.
The only employee I am satisfied with is Yasin, but I definitely advise against this company and I don't understand how this company still exists with the service they offer.

Since we have been a customer (a few months) we have already had 4 disruptions. They email in advance that it takes about 10 minutes and that then takes 6 hours. They are not available to handle a complaint and do not respond to anything. Worthless company without service. Apparently it's only about attracting customers and after that you're not even a number, but nobody. Weird for a company where you pay 200 pm.
