Inflamax Research Inc. Review

Year after year of incompetence, confusion, wasted time, late appointments, no responsibility, in exchange for otherwise easy money. An unhappy place where nobody ever knows what anyone else is doing, the staff don't seem to understand anything more than the checkboxes on their list or passing blame onto fellow staff. Show up early to an appointment? They'll still make you wait 30-45mins after your appt time BC again, nobody knows what they are doing, every single damn time. Just awful systems and organization. An awful organization with no leadership or customer service or health care skills.

Honestly don't waste your time going here. The receptionist have so much attitude it's really discusting. Don't like your job miss? Then quit! The techs also have attitude. Clearly a very unhappy place. Ugh not wasting my time here, there are better places to go to. You should go somewhere else instead of going here! You will regret it!

Used to work with them in the past before the new acquisition. Now they have become a very organized and professional company. Staff is very friendly and helps answer all of your questions. The facility is clean and you feel very comfortable during your visit. Do not be discouraged by past posts, there have been many positive changes and it is a great place to volunteer.

Shocking incompetence - wasted hours of my time and refused to even pay me. An hour phone call pre-screening, an hour and a half in the facility before they disqualified me for something I'd informed them of in the first 10 minutes. It took me an hour to get there so they wasted 3.5 hours of my time for nothing, refused to even give me the $50 for my trouble. I wouldn't have gone ahead with the study anyway because they did not inspire confidence - everyone seemed to be in training, it took 3 tries to get my blood pressure because the machines were broken and the employee didn't even know how to put a blood pressure cuff on properly. What's more they were completely rude. Don't waste your time with this place - unprofessional, unskilled, RUDE. Wish I could give zero stars!

I just got my check and TWO THUMBS UP! So easy, I don't know why more people don't do this. Easy money people! Whoever says anything negative ... well you are negative people because it was easy and they are so nice. They even took time to educate me on the process while I was waiting which they didn't have to do. One person was very busy but there were a lot of us so obviously they cannot cater to everyone. This one girl Linda even gave me extra juice because I told her it was my daughter's favorite, she is the best!

I have done 2 or 3 studies with them and found that they are very pleasant and easy to be around. Food was good and the studies were great. No complaints here. I would definitely be back.
