I have only been using Infinity for a few days but I can't speak highly enough! I have spoken with Jason and Tyler and Ryan - they are so helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, explain everything clearly, and so friendly. Trades have gone through really quickly with no fuss at all - I can't imagine I'd use another currency exchange company again based on experience and great rates so far - thank you everyone!

A Sham of a company phoned every week to try and win my business , i gave them a trail order they took the money failed to convert and pay into $ and to date I'm still awaiting a refund - they have stopped replying to my calls and emails i have reported them to the FCA and await the outcome. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We always get superb service from Infinity. Expert advice, approachable and straightforward to deal with. More to the point, they keep us well informed of anticipated currency shifts, so our hedging is as good as it can be, without exposing us to undue risk. They've taken the time to know our business so to understand what we need form them. The best currency house we have used.
