The Infinity Staff gave my mother awesome home care during her last month on earth. The equipment was delivered and set up before she left the hospital. The transport crew treated her with great care from the hospital room to her bed at home.The emotional support was prompt and kept good tabs on us. They took care of all the death details and promptly removed the equipment. No fuss, no muss.
I can only say this: remarkable!
I don t know where we would have been without them. My father received the care and attention at the highest level.

As a current employee it is a pleasure to provide patient care with a team that does truly care. Also under great leadership I am able to get information I need to help families understand and help them through a difficult time along with working hard to bring comfort to all sides of it.
After 5 long weeks in the hospital system we picked this facility for our mothers hospice care. When we arrived she was already there, she finally looked comfortable. Everyday she was bathed and hair brushed. The staff was amazing. The facility was beautiful. If you find yourself picking a hospice facility I highly recommend this one. I would be happy if my family chose this facility for myself. They also provide refreshments and snacks for families. They staff went above and beyond.
This place came to the hospital when my son was dying. I signed the papers thinking that my son was going to be transfer to this place. He ended up in a awful nursing home for weeks I think this company is running an insurance scam of some sort and provides very minimal service to those that sign up. Perhaps most of the patients with less than desirable insurance are shuffled off elsewhere. To this day, I don t know why this company visited me and had me sign for services that was not rendered as promised. Because my son was placed elsewhere, I was not allowed to be with my son the last night of his life and I wonder how many other people of color are misled that their love ones would not go in this facility..
I want to thank Infinity Hospice for taking such good care of my mother Verna beyer during her last days here on this Earth. All the nurses took care of her with love and care and tenderness. They will answer any questions you have, the doctors came in daily. that place was just amazing and I'm so glad we had picked infinity hospice for my mother. Thank you infinity hospice for everything.

My dad was here for the last days of his life. The staff was awesome. One RN that stands out was Bryant. He was patient, comprehensive an understanding. They went out of their way to make us and my dad comfortable. If you are in this unfortunate situation, they make it a lot easier at this facility.
