We have always had a positive experience with the Property Management Team at Infinite Real Estate. Their approach to their day to day duties is always professional, reliable and extremely flexible. I would recommend this wonderful team to any tenants or owners who are looking for an outstanding experience.
I went to a house inspection for a rental property and was told by Lynn to contact the head office, as she thought we were quite suitable for the property. I left two messages and was told each time that someone would call me back. I also sent an email to check they had all the required documents and no one got back to me. Very unprofessional and if that is how an applicant is treated, I would not like to be a tenant with this real estate. Very poor service.
Edit: We were more than happy with the amount we received back from our bond. I'm just leaving the review based on the overall experience I received. The not even 3/5 star reviews speak for themselves.
This was a very daunting step but Emma and the team handled everything quickly and professionally and always kept me in the loop.
No stress and a quick result in tenanting the house. Having known people in the property management industry I had heard horror stories but I completely trust the Infinite Realestate team. Highly recommend.

The process of researching and appointing them has been seamless, they have already been very efficient in working with the builder and we're excited to have this last part of our team in place.
I had the worst experience I've ever had in my life while renting with Infinite Real Estate and just when you didn't think it could get any worse they brought in the Manager. Jacinta Dangerfield was absolutely horrible to deal with, i'm not even sure how she still has her licence she is with Asset Realty North Perth now. If you ever have to deal with her, I feel sorry for you. They didn't conform to the lease and if I had of taken her to court it would have ended up on my record, the laws really need to be changed and i've made ample attempt giving my grievances to the Department of Mines Industry Regulation and Safety. At one point I received about 20 emails in a day from her. I shouldn't have replied, but she made it extremely difficult to ignore her and she would threaten you to court, she was over the phone verbally abusive, financially and emotionally. She also tried to test out her Landmark techniques on my always asking me "why" to see if there was any reaction. If a landlord, or anyone is speaking to you like that you should be able to break your contract. Infinite Real Estate did not do what they were supposed to do and as a result of the newly built property there was damage before we signed the lease and when reporting it they claimed it was our responsibility to fix it. For the first 6 months of a new property it is the builder's responsibility to fit appropriate issues. There was no maintenance to the new property either, we placed it on the contract for them to fix and it took us months of time and phone calls for them to finally admit to their mistakes. Even still we didn't get an apology for what they did. Frankly, I felt sorry for the GM at the time who was actually doing the right thing, and the poor guy got fired for it, I actually felt sorry for the Landlord too. I have thankfully never had an experience like her since and I hope since the laws are changing now no one has to go through what I went through with her, or any other landlord, or manager that behaves like she did. I don't usually ever leave negative reviews, but I feel something really needs to be done about her and this company that clearly does not care about the health and safety of their tenants, only their own pockets.
Infinite Real Estate manage our rental properties and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience. Their professionalism, open communication, knowledge of the current market and modern approach to marketing provided us with a successful outcome in renting our investment property recently. We feel confident that our property is being looked after and would have no hesitation in recommending them. ,
Renting through Infinite has been the worst experience. The property manager I have been dealing with has been horrible, Vicki Redfern. Her behaviour is very unprofessional, she has yelled at me and threatened me in my own home twice during an inspection which made my daughter very distressed and in tears. I complained to the director of the company, she said she would investigate internally and then never got back to me. Now they are terminating the lease without grounds. I have heard from other tenants that have dealt with Vicki that they experienced similar behaviours from her. It is obvious the company does not care
The ingoing inspection report was innaccurate, repairs take forever to be completed, no notice given for inspection, I was told numerous times the shower was covered in mould, there was a tiny bit that I missed in the corner smaller than my pinkie. I was yelled at that I hadn't cleaned the floors, Vicki then proceeded to point to a few grains of sand on the carpet and a piece of fluff that had come off the mop.
Vicki cannot seem to fill out any paperwork correctly, she has sent me blank breach notices, blank notices or inspection and now an incomplete termination of lease with no dates and the incorrect form. She even inspected with no notice being given.
When I moved in there were weeds in the gardens, holes in the grass, cigarette butts everywhere, cobwebs on light fittings, walls badly chipped, floor grout filthy. The property manager had an excuse and reason for for everything and denied my ingoing report.
I'll be out in my new home soon and can't wait to get away from this company. I have never been treated like this before from any company, absolutely shocking.
I was warned about Infinite before signing my lease and boy oh boy I wished I did stay clear. Threatened with a breach on first inspection, $88.00 if we wanted feedback left about our inspection. Almost $500 for a final inspection fee?! Lack of communication from day one. Although I did have a pleasant experience with Emma - was proactive and quick to help me out when I was on my last straw with the company.
I don't like leaving reviews like this but I feel something needs to be done so the company will pick up its game and care more about their tenants not just the owners.
Vicky was my property manager and she was very helpful and professional in her conduct during my tenure . Her professionalism was a factor when I extended my lease with infinity . Thank you
