This has got to be one of the worst places to work in Ohio! They treat you like a dog there and show no respect to you as a worker at all! turn over rate there is Phenomenal The turn over rate is the highest not only in the county but the entire state!They go on and on about "Woman Owned Minority" it gets sickening! This is not a surprise anymore so for God sake give it a rest!They claim to be employee friendly and family oriented! That is a flat out lie! It is all about her family!! People who are lucky enough to get raises have to wait months after their annual review to get it! In fact 1 employee just now got his review and it was due in March!!That`s 7 months!! Stay clear of here! You have been warned!!!! Anywhere is better than here!!

After my boss wanted to touch me in the men's restroom and HR did nothing about it, I quit.

Mellissa coopert hit my bike that was well secured at the rear of the trailer and she completely lied about not doing it. The supervision believed her but iam sure her conscience will not. Going to repair it n move on.

Been there for 3 years and this is a pleasant change from Crown. I'm office so that is different than plant. I do know benefits are better than Crown. I get to be creative so this is an ideal place for me.

Lying staff huge turnover and god forgive you slightly injure yourself they will terminate you Hope they burn in hell.Steer clear of these treacherous bastards.

Worked here for 3+ years awhile ago! I never do reviews lol, but this place deserves it. This is the worst favtory I've ever worked for! The Management was very lazy an never did anything about any situation until someone was getting it from above! The break room didn't even have a refrigerator to put your lunch in lol! Frankie England was my Supervisor he was a cool guy an very understanding... But lazy! The people I worked with on 2nd shift were cool, not so much on 1st! The bonus was low an pay is HORRIBLE! They pocket millions of dollars in profit from sales an give the employees scrap! They were also building a plant in Mexico when I worked there! See they didn't mention that on their website!!! So while Linda Cleveland an Jeff Montgomery smile an make big money they throw the employees nothing! An the $500 bonus lol a joke! Don't work here they overwork you an don't pay anything! Oh ya how's it feel to lose the CRV line IPC??? Looks like you should've recognized real talent an paid your employees more an maybe you would still have the Honda CRV cargo board lol! Stick to making wheel film! That's about all your good for! Anyway this is the end of my pleasant review!!!
