This place is so wonderful. They had such great customer service and their prices are excellent. I am definitely recommending to my friends.

I had to leave San Diego with short notice for a job opportunity in another state, I couldn't move my RV right away and needed to find a place to store it. I called around and there wasn't much availability and the prices were high at the places that did have room. Luckily for me, the folks at Toy Storage were not only the most helpful but also had the best price. They are very nice people and easy to work with. It's a huge relief to know that my RV is now stored safely in a place I can afford.

Shame, good location... Called on Sunday night to reserve a 20' spot for the start of the month. The guy was MORE than happy to take our money and tell us there were no restrictions. When we went down to register the RV we were met by dissatisfaction from one of the lot owners that it was an old RV. We have a 1978 RV that is hardly an eyesore but yes, lady, it is old. We were told they would have to make sure it "you know, looked okay" when I asked what they meant by that (perhaps a dented fender is enough to disqualify you" they really couldn't explain. Long of the short is, crumby customer service as the other reviewer posted. If you want to restrict vehicles on your lot - FINE it's your lot but geeez if you're even going to have restrictions, put them on your website and train your staff about them. What a waste of time, I'm not driving my rig down to you so you can arbitrarily decide if it passes your standards. And secondly, you run a fricking parking lot located off the interstate, covered in graffiti .... exactly whose senses are we offending with an older RV??

Seems OK. We had a small problem with the access card, but it ended up being my fault for not using it to exit.

Simple and safe place to store my trailer. I feel my trailer is secure.

I've used this place for two years with nothing but good experiences. They have been very accommodating and reasonable. Even if it were otherwise, the cheap price for my spot (in this location) would keep me there.

This is a well kept area to store my toy that doesn't fit in my driveway at home, a great price that's automatically deducted each month

Parked my boat here before I sold it, never had any problems, employees were very friendly, and the rates are great. Love the fact that they were so close to J Street Marina and even offered a place to wash out my motor.

Secure, reasonable storage. Good hours, lots of different types if spaces. Rv dump. Very nice staff

Excellent customer service and very price competitive, good hours and convenient to the freeway! I've always really enjoyed that it is locally and privately owned and not some big chain like other places. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Five stars!
