Great customer service. You don't even have to call them! they will check in on you and see if you have any needs. Also, most times, you do not have to ship items for repairs, they will come to you for pickup! Work is quality and cheaper than other places.
I'll bet Sherry Brooks is trying to get me into some kind of trouble. Here goes anyway. Although we do not have a high volume of work for Industrial Repair Service, I am very pleased with the result when we do. I always get fast, friendly service and their pickup and delivery service is wonderful.

Industrial Repair Service has the best Sales Team and Technicians in the industry , Customer Service has always been very polite and helpful whenever you ask for something , whenever I need a repair done I take it to them , they get it done quick and when it is returned to me it looks like new again , I highly recommend them for all your repairs
We deal with this company for MANY repairs. They are so kind and efficient and a comfortable with working with large companies or small. Every time I call them they are able to help me with anything I need and answer any questions I have. They even send little goodies and care packages. I would not send our repairs to any where else. They are by far the best and most pleasant vendor I like to work with.

I have been using Industrial Repair Service for a year now. Customer service is spot on. John Wager stop in about once a week to pick items for repairs. Tiffany Weiberg will check in once a week by email to see if John needs to stop by. Both John and Tiffany are great. All my repairs come back in a timely manner with no issues.

IRS has been a valuable partner to our plant for the past couple of years now. from pickup to repair it's about as easy as you can get. Dedicated driver pickups, fast evaluations and cost reporting and if necessary even a 24hr turnaround on critical repairs. They have a very dedicated staff, our account manager Erin will contact regularly to keep us up to speed on what is going on with our repairs, what the cost would be, any and all information available. I have worked with several repair services over the years and not many provide the service you can get from IRS, 5 stars are not enough to reflect their dedication and their hard work to ensure all customers feel like they are the most important customer of theirs. I would recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat.
I would like to take a minute and say what a pleasure it is to work with Alisha Mooney, She is always on top of things and goes about her business in a very courteous and professional manner. Whether it's an emergency or not, she always comes thru! She is a joy to deal with! Also Bill Horton is always willing to go the extra mile when it comes to picking up or delivering drives or whatever we need. He's always there ready and willing to help.
