Dr. Thakur NEVER came into the exam room even though my appt was with her. A PA came in. I explained why I was there, handed her all my labs and medical history on a thumb drive which she handed back to me. She left the room returning to tell me Dr. Thakur wanted to refer me to dermatology knowing I had already been to 9 who misdiagnosed the problem. She could have performed a simple in office test to confirm the diagnosis. Very contagious disease and she let me walk out of that office without any treatment whatsoever! Waste of my time and odd her waiting room is virtually empty when most are packed. Went to Urgent Care and got medication immediately. Stay away from this place. I would give her zero stars if possible. To make matters worse, this doctor who never saw me contacted my insurance advising she no longer wants me as a patient! How do you decide this when you never saw the patient!?Unbelievable and incompetent! I will be going to the appropriate agencies to file a complaint against her.

Dr. Azam and his assistant Melissa are great! The Dr. is very knowledgable and has a very good listening and caring manner. Highly recommended.

Very poor facility to be diagnosed and treated at. Very concerned about tests one qualifies for with insurance, not so concerned with symptoms one presents with. Epic failure to communicate within this facility. Office staff nice, I dealt with two Drs and recived care and treatment from a pharmacist, as Dr said he wasn t a specialist and I couldn t be helped without the specialist. Waste of time for myself, definitely in business to get paid for tests by insurance; no evidence of desire to diagnose or treat conditions from my experience. Office and Dr stated something in total disagreement with insurance, the insurance actually said, it s never done that way, Drs would be paid twice for same service, but only should be once . So, want to give away insurance money while not getting good treatment, I highly recommend this facility.

I have been going here for a few years now. And its the first time I have ever felt like they care about me at my doctors office. Friendly and timely with their clients and always giving the best care.

I started seen Dr. Thakur for over 4 months now, and I really LOVE this DR. I couldn't have found a better DR. She really cares about her Patients. She's attentive, Efficient, & she ALWAYS goes the extra step. She always ALWAYS takes her time to listen to my concerns & handles them with care. You can tell that i'm not just a Number to her. My Daughter is also her patient & we both LOVE how she takes care of us.. 5++ all the way

Great Staff, Great Team!!! Doctor Parimi is a fantastic Doctor who listened to my concerns and issues and came up with a great plan. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an amazing Doctor and a perfect practice! Lobby was clean, and not over booked! Parking is substantial! They will continue to have my business!

Indus medical associates is great! Everyone is nice and professional I have been going to Dr.Azam for years he is the best! All the other doctors at Indus medical associates are great also. They always make sure to listen to your needs and accommodate you. They also have a patient portal which is amazing you can schedule appointments get visits notes from your last visit and ask questions and get a response. If you are looking for a good doctor give them a call you won t regret it! Thank you Indus medical associates you guys are the best!

I have been coming here for a few years now and I must say NP Sin Wee Koh-Gale has always taken care of me very well! He is fast as needed and he will also take the necessary time to find out what may be wrong. I have never left from Indus Medical Associates unsatisfied with the care I was given. Sin Wee has exceeded my expectations in so many ways I not only feel that he is great in his practices for knowledge and care but I see a genuine care for his patients health and well-being. Thank you to the whole staff for exceptional friendly service and extremely professional.

Had this doctor a few years ago and was treated with respect and honesty. Came back 3 years later and it was exactly the same. I highly recommend her.

I have a story...Two years ago I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. First 6 months, I was going with a different doctor, he always requested blood tests no expkanations he referred me to specialist, visits were in and out visits.. I had questions and all i received NO ANSWERS... UNTIL I SAID ENOUGH!! I change to Dr. Azam.

My first visit was Amazing!! He had reviewed all my previous lab tests and he was very Concerned my labs NOT GOOD, he moved on of his appt to Practicioner. I was in his office for 1 hour... Do not get upset if he moves you to see a PA trust them they are aware of your health.

Today my PA reviewed tests history.. He did a change.. He recommended to change my diet.. Gave exampkes...

My hyperthyroidism change to hypothyroidism.. Is getting back to normal.

Im very happy with staff and doctors..
