Love all the things about the room except the water heater wasn't working well.

My family stayed at this hotel less than a month ago. Frankly, they thought it was a very nice place with very helpful and friendly staff. The parking space could use some work, but I can forgive this shortcoming. However, there is one drawback and, unfortunately, it is a big drawback especially for non-smokers and that is the absence of non-smoking rooms.

When we checked in, we specifically requested a non-smoking room. Upon reaching the room, it became immediately apparent that people had been smoking in the room previously. When we asked the staff, we were told that all the rooms were non-smoking but guests could request ashtrays to use in the room on request. That effectively means that there are NO non-smoking rooms at this hotel. They offered an air-cleaning machine to be placed in the room that helped somewhat. Getting rid of the smell of cigarette smoke in the air is one thing, but getting the smell out of the furnishings like carpets and drapes is very difficult.

Needless to say, to a family of non-smokers, this is an absolute dealbreaker. I do not mind if some rooms are kept as smoking rooms, but to have no non-smoking rooms is a travesty. People should have the option of not inhaling cigarette smoke residue at a hotel of this caliber. So long as this does not change, we will not be staying here again. Such a shame, though, since I cannot fault anything else with the hotel.

One of my favorite hotels to stay, amazing swimming pool on the roof...... yes on the roof with a amazing view. Nice people working there, good service and nice big rooms.

Once staying here with family. The rooms are nice, and the one we like best is the pool that is in the rooftop. We can see the city view and also enjoy the sunset from here. Exquisite. the food is also varied and tasty. Nice experience. recomended

So i ordered this menus on The Rooftop restaurant.. But it's really disappointing Coz the Taste is Soooooooooooo Salty like all the salt was pouring in to it.. Asin sekalii Next time the chef should Taste the Cooking 1st so they now if its Taste great or not instead of just serve it out to customer. Although the presentation of the foods and the Rate of the streak as i requested is Perfect but the Taste is so Salty so how can i eat it . Sorry guys you all have to make an improvement

I was not staying here. I just transited for pick up my friend. The staffs are helpful, they helped my car that was trapped in the parking lot. Thanks a lot. The hotel is great with its facilities also. The views are very wonderful. You can see the Merapi Mountain from here. Maybe you can get here and experience it!

Spacious rooms with beautiful scenery (I got the room with mount merapi view anw). Plus You can set a a romantic dining at rooftop.

Went to the swimming pool in the roof top for 100K per 2 pax (bonus french fries, no drink). The view is nice (19th floor) and it's spacious. The pool is quite big as well. The thing is that the water and the pool is not so clean (need a real maintenance and a regular one). The price in the cafe (open at 3pm) is decent, you can as well order some food and drinks to enjoy at the swimming pool area.

On the rooftop you can enjoy a moment of training and sense of place to sport activities on high building. The merapi's mount look so cute and shine from this place. You must try the sensation of swimming pool when you come to this place on weekdays. The atmosphere and temperature it's feels good at 05.00 am until before 06.30 am. You can watch the panoramas of all buildings and villages around of sleman district from the top. Take your time in pool and gym from indoluxe hotel yogyakarta.
