We live at Northshore Condos in Tempe AZ. Indigo has done a FANTASTIC job(with crew boss Leonardo Castro leading the charge). They've brought our tan & rust colored 90's building into the silver, grey & slate colored present...& they did it on time!
Most of the painters were very friendly, however they left their garbage all over my apartment complex, broke down some branches that were in the way and also left those. They put up signs promoting their buisness on every door after our complex had told them not too. They didnt tell anyone they were here and caused a lot of issues with our dogs because they kept leaving the gate open. Then finally. They kept using my yard tools (like my rake) and didnt know how to put anything back or even ask to use it. Very unprofessional. They left all their paint and latters and tools in our complex too (which they were also asked by managment not to do.
Burping singing loud and wife told me one of them just keep on looking at her

Called the hiring manager, left messages.
Recieved absolutely no return replies.
And there supposed to be hiring all levels. Probably cuz no vehicle.
When I asked about that, they said to come in and submit an application.
Just why. I recommend a phone -prescreen. Need to ask them questions as well.
If this is how they treat potential employees, how do they treat the ones who already work there?
Incredibly friendly people. Very knowledgeable, answered every question I had and explained in detail so much more.
