Indiana County Circles Initiative: Empowering Communities for Self-Sufficiency
Indiana County Circles Initiative (ICCAP) is a community agency that aims to empower individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency. The organization provides a range of services and resources that help people overcome poverty, build resilience, and improve their quality of life.
