Indian Chilli Restaurant Review

The service is horrible. The ambiance is great and stuff but the time it takes to get the food won't justify anything. Maybe it's a one time thing and it's my first time here, but the experience doesn't justify the visit to this restaurant.

Ambience is good... Served food well on time... Staffs are kind and gentle.

They provide very amazing service. Free valet parking. Separate veg and non-veg section.

Food is good but service is pathetic. No paper napkins on table, waiters are very slow.

Great place for family dining and a cool place to hangout

Don't know what wrong with this place, having a good architectural views and amazing interiors doesn't make a good place to eat there if you don't have better chefs for make foods. I have visited three times here but it's not have good taste at all in veg items

They did not had card payment facility. Don't forget to carry cash with you.

We went to Zaika(non veg). Worst service I have ever received. We had to wait 25 mins for someone to take our order. There exists no management. We had to literally yell at the waiters each time to get their attention.

Ns restaurant, pub, bar everything is grt of them. Food is very delicious, service is good. You might need to wait in weekends.

Service was pathetic... Waitress not even responding...even manager was arguing

Worst ever experience had in this restaurants , i placed my lunch order, in that Dal Tadka was tasting bad , then I informed the manager about that he said he will get it replaced with the new one so I told him by the time you get a new Dal Tadka our lunch will be over so just cancel it as we had only one spoon of that order , he forcefully insisted to get that replaced with new one , we waited also , by the time that when he brought our food was over , we then asked him to cancel , then he started saying that we don't have a policy to cancel any item you order we will parcel it , I again said I will not pay for that as he already bought a bill adding that item , he was totally refusing it to get that thing cancel as I am a regular outside eater I told him this is not done with the behavior , but the manager is not listening anything and also some person was shouting like hell there , the presence i feel there was totally pathetic , hope that they should care about things and they should also accept the fault & mistake they make , POOREST & PATHETIC Experience ever had .

Good food , Nice taste , but staff and maintenance is not good , place doesn't smell that well too ...

Location is very good, food taste is ok.
