Approach to this mall is very bad you have to walk a lot to reach there. Secondly this has no stores/ shops except of liquor store that also almost 5-7 of them back to back. Never saw so many liquid shops in one place anywhere in Delhi. Apart from Liquid shops you can find bike shops as well of Jawa brand.
Aome shops are underconstruction right now, also they charge a lot for parking which is not suitable.
The place rarely have any store. Only two food stalls and rest only offices space, empty stores and wine shops are there

There are few wine shops are on pvt.licencced wenders.Cheatimg is very common their in rate and dealing.Every body visiting there to buy wine and go but parking in front of shop is not allowed and no caution board there.It is not sure the brand you need can get in all together shops. They often charge ext.from printed and you can not object.Thsre is no govt list and rates available at shops.
