I recently engaged services from this company, and my experience left much to be desired. The communication was often unclear, which led to confusion about the care plans. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were not as attentive to my needs as I had hoped. It felt like a struggle to get the support I required. 😕 There’s definitely room for improvement in both service consistency and customer interaction. Would look elsewhere in the future.
