14.7.19 Invoice clarification with Regus has dragged on for months. October was double settled. 2 colleagues also have problems with overdrawn amounts. There are no answers or wrong answers. The login area is missing data. By telephone it is confirmed that there are problems and my data will be displayed in the next few days - this promise I got 3 times. To date, the data is missing. Online bookings do not include prices as per contract but are considerably higher. The chaos is unclear. Accountants say, "You will not find anyone who clarifies that and if that is more expensive than your loss".

The staff in the center are great (and deserve 5 stars).

The app, which is used to book the rooms and manage all contractual details, is a disaster after an update (= 1 star). But the fact that Regus doesn't care, that complaints come to nothing, that the helpdesk doesn't respond, or only with an unacceptable delay, and then doesn't even solve the problem, is completely underground (= minus 5 stars).
If a company relies on a fully digitized process, it must also ensure that these work. For this reason I cannot recommend Regus.
