I have visited this store a few times and every time, the staff are unfriendly and not nice at all. They don't smile and they act like I'm being a nuisance for asking questions. Keep getting curt, one-word answers. You have to wrestle information from them. They will only start being friendly and talkative if you show that you are serious about buying something. I have been polite and patient and kept coming back but it's the last straw. I will never return to this store and will gladly bring my business elsewhere, and encourage my friends to do the same thing.
Best selection for rings and everything is so customizable!! I had only a picture of the ring I wanted and they made for me just like I asked and the price was so much lower too, it was actually close to half what another store was asking for the same quality... Great store very knowledgeable professional staff there is lots of jewelry to choose from I have been coming here for a few years and I have never been disappointed the store always clean the ladies at the parts department are pleasantly awesome even the secruity guard is nice. .

We took in a couple rings to have them made into a matching ear ring and pendant set. Emma was very helpful in providing options that we didn t think of. Very pleased with the customer service Emma provided, she was very patient as we changed our minds a couple times . The final craftsmanship of the finished product was exceptional...highly recommend seeing her first before going anywhere else.

Bought a $1750 .75 ct diamond solitaire for my wife in a 14k gold setting for Christmas. Canadian diamond "Love Rocks" appraisal certificate that came with it valued the ring at $4000.00. After 3 cleanings the gold PLATING has completely come off. Actual appraisal of the ring by a certified AGS appraiser is just $800 and "probably not actually a diamond of Canadian origin".

We were looking at watches and other products in the store while my sister was getting her ring resized, purchasing something if we found something we liked. They asked us to leave the store because we all came in one vehicle and they did not allow that many family members in the store at one time. We felt extremely judged and mistreated because we were wearing summer clothes and not dress clothes. We will definitely be shopping elsewhere.
My engagement ring needed a stone reset, I was told it will cost a total of $400. to reset the stone and retip all claws. *Note reset only not to replace the stone.* I had to take it back to get the sharp claws redone. $400. plus tax should have included a bit of gold to retip the claws instead it was taken from the underside of my ring which doesn't fit or match anymore. There's a big difference now both rings were the same thickness before this expensive and disappointing lesson.

Their pricing seemed very shady as all their diamonds seemed over priced but then presented to you as "on sale". We had David help us out but he seemed more interested in boasting about his great google reviews and wasn't really listening to what I was looking for. He continued to talk about how great independent jewellers was and how they have such a great inventory. Didn't matter anyways as his communication skills lacked and we never heard from him when he said he would contact us. This was very disappointing as we told him we had a diamond reserved at a different store so it was important we hear from him soon. Also it really turned us off when he told us "don't fall in love with that ring. It's out of your price range" basically saying we can't afford it. Shouldn't it be more like "if you like that ring, we can find a way to make it work." i definitely won't ever be going back again. But if you do decide to go anyways, go see Katrina. She helped us after and she was really good at keeping you updated and actually listens to what you want. She even came in on her day off to accommodate my hectic work schedule.
