Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I coul I would have not given any 1 star. This management is interesting, interesting how they put at risk the whole company image with their antique attitudes. They've sold the integrity of the company for a pallet of biscuits, how dare you split customer goods between your finglas&polish antique behaved "customer service" staff with the excuses that customers don't know they're missing them.
If you want the good for your business stay away from this corrupted company, they will tell you they can't find your goods while filling up their cars. Horrible.
Don't even think going to work there either, they have no intention to value a foreigners hard work, proved to be totally defaming, rasist and using/exploiting a hard worker rather than ever encouraging.. They take your hard efficient work, they take the good reviews, they take the profits you bring but they totally forgot and intentionally ignore that those are someone's hard work. If you don't follow theyr norms you become their scapegoat.

Worst freight company I have ever had to deal with.
I spent half an hour last evening and half an hour this morning trying to call reception to no avail.
Last tone I actually spoke to someone there, the person in transport left me holding on while huge had a social discussion with a colleague and then just hung up on me.
We were promised and are paying for 48 delivery service, it's now day 3 and I can't even get through to them to find out where my goods are.

Just Ok One problem they allow Q jumping by Independent Express Lorries and no room to mannouver on to bays

Very rude towards drivers!! No receptionist!! Long waiting times!!.

They are really the most unrealible courier service iv ever used, and tell lies when you ring them, for 3 days!! Still no delivery and it's Christmas Eve!! I will never use again! And never recommend!! Use anyone else but this crowd!!

As freight warehouses go this one is pretty efficient.

Pig Ignorance personified today and a incompetent delivery service - I ended up having to collect it and listen to bile in your horrible environment by one of two with a really bad attitude ....

A long time since I ve seen such an unprofessional attitude . A Power trip by an uneducated Bafoon in your office - he wouldn t get away with that in a proper company who has a good attitude - sadly he and his cronies hadn t .....sums it up look at the reviews ...in life there are two types of people - ones with a good attitude and ones without - your company has the latter

A UK company that I was purchasing from sent my goods via courier, in this instance Independent Express delivered the very large 150kg package firstly on the wrong day and just wanted to leave it outside my home in the rain in a cardboard package! I refused to accepted sign for package as it was not due for another week when I had lined up 3 strong men to assist in lifting it through to my work room at back of property, as independent is only delivered to door, and does not negotiate steps. This is all fine and this is why I had to organise lifter help for a specific day. I was told it would be the first delivery of the morning 8am-11am, a wide window for 1st delivery! I rang at 10am on morning of delivery ti be sure it was en route as all of us had to get to work, and was reassured it would definately arrive by 11.45. Time moved on and the 3 men that had taken a few hours out of their morning to assist were also left frustrated and waiting with regular lies that it was almost here. It arrived at 3pm! I feel this is an utter disgrace and would not recommend this company due to their lack of respect of other peoples time. Package had damage to the outside which I wrote on docket and beyond this I will be dealing with the company i purchased from advising them of how apauling this service was.
