I was insulted and treated very rudely while opening a personal checking account. The teller made up her own answers and was having me sign things I didn t agree to. The manager had to step in (thankfully) so it could be set up correctly. I don t recommend it to anyone so far! I called the assistant manager and hopefully that teller gets some customer service trainings or finds a different job that better suits her.

Very disappointed opened account deposited $100 was using smartphone app to get things set up like direct deposit zelle etc and then they closed the account for "excessive activity" and charged me $10 to boot. What gives. Called them and was told oh well decision was final.

This company used to be called rivervalleybank and it was one of the most amazing banks. After they changed the look the name most of my favorite employees left. It wasn't a family anymore and the way there system works now isn't the same as the old. The new people are rude. You lost your touch,kindness, and just smiling faces. I get greeted with "great now we have to work looks". Used to be able to just pull up deposit and leave. Now its a 20 minute thing anytime I go to the place. River valley was they best bank. Sometimes you really don't have to fix something that wasn't broken.

Everyone that I have met with or spoken to in all departments has been helpful, kind, and upbeat. I m not sure what your secret is, but keep up the good work! I highly recommend this bank!

From the very beginning of the process things were very easy to understand and our representative laid it out with no surprises along the way. Couldn t have asked for better customer service, knowledge, and experience. When it comes to banking it s a no brainer for me, Incredible!
