InContact has terrible implementation, and will promise features that don't exist. However post implementation if you pay for a TAM Their customer support is good. Their system is also fairly intuitive.
I went there for an AWS seminar and was impressed with the facility. Very clean building and the training rooms are awesome and spacious. Very good hosts.
Most of the five star reviews seem to be posted by employees about the building. We're an actual inContact customer and our experience so far has been dismal. There have been multiple implementation delays, technical issues and features that were promised that actually didn't exist or didn't work as promised. Every issue we have, inContact treats it like it's our fault. Everyone we've interacted with seems completely uninterested in actually helping us get issues resolved, and would rather pass the buck, point fingers, or just ignore the issue entirely. The only reason we're stuck with them is because they're about the only power dialer that integrates with salesforce (although the integration isn't seamless and has it's fair share of issues). If you're looking for a friendly company to work with, solid support, and a product that actually does what they say it will, I would recommend avoiding inContact.
You guys honestly suck. The company I work for use your services and honestly have to say we have more issues than anything. The good reviews on here are from your employees who should take their reviews to Glassdoor.
Casual company atmosphere. Great work perks. Great people.
Great company to work for. Have a nice foosball table, putting ground, air hockey, ping pong and game consoles.
Wish the company I work for would stayed with dial pad. Nice In Contact is terrible and makes even the most basic operations a complete headache.
Beautiful location for these very modern, state of the art offices with amazing views all round...
Because Travis Baldwin loves working for this company!
