Perfect location, everything beautifully clean and a great atmosphere! Very positive.

I got a delicious sorbet here on the terrace. It is specially made because it is not on the map. But after a very hot day of cycling, this was very welcome.
We finally managed to sleep! With the fan at its highest and a wonderfully good bed.
The rooms are sober, in need of a makeover. Yet everything you actually need is there and works well. Delicious shower head.
If you do not want luxury, a very good hotel can be.
The people are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also included in the price, was delicious. I am well on my way again!

Great hotel. Slightly worn, but that actually benefits the special atmosphere. Nice people, nice dinner and a good breakfast, served at the table. We are coming back!

We visit Barchem every year between Christmas and New Year. A regular visit to In de Groene Jager. Delicious 'old-fashioned' characteristic atmosphere. Friendly service, good food. See you next year ;)

Great atmosphere, tasty lunch and friendly service. Not modern, but it doesn't always have to be. It just has its charm.

2 star hotel? Well then I wonder if the person who handed out those stars just looked too deep into the glass!

Because everything is very old dirty and a TV with a big ass that only gives speckles. 3 single beds and if you book a double room then they slide the beds together. Beds with a spiral similar to old army beds. All in all

A regular stop when we are cycling.
You can sit quietly on the terrace in front of the business and you will be served properly. You can safely park your car in the back of the green hunter.

Very friendly staff, you immediately feel at ease! Good food, but a nice sauce with the schnitzel could have been (tip).

Friendly people, but you can't really call it a hotel.
Old light switch from the years ???. Antenna television where only snow can be seen with a 37 cm thick belly TV. Uneven distribution of bedding, cleaning not quite tip top. Loudly tested early in the morning from instruments of the local orchestra choir, breakfast is not what you would expect from an average hotel. By this I mean that you have no choice in your breakfast. You will not be asked how your stay was on departure.

All in all, I think the price / quality ratio is very expensive with what you get.

You expect a reception, but upon entering you are standing at the bar in the cafe of the hotel where the guests of the cafe are present. I miss a bit of privacy in this. A full cafe on departure. In a hurry to pay, no thanks or what it was like.

Great hotel, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast with delicious fresh bread. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, there are many walking and cycling trips available from the hotel.
We had a super large room with a beautiful view ... in short, we definitely recommend this hotel.

After a beautiful walk we arrived tired and satisfied in the green hunter! What a disappointment ! Note on the door, only open after 3 p.m. until March. Let them mention that on the website. Fortunately the Kalenberg was open. No more for the green hunter!

TV only snow, still waiting for their solution ...., cold room, radiator you hear the water running and is only for 1 / 3rd warm, old-fashioned interior.

A dated hotel restaurant. The terrace is in dire need of a makeover. What is nice is the menu with typical dishes of the Achterhoek. We have not tried it so if it is tasty ....

Tasty regional beer on the menu. Great place to take a break during a bicycle or moped trip.

Annually the hefty bouncer Groene Jager again consumed with mops on the chair due to dredging on the buttocks.

Nice rooms neat and clean plumbing is a bit outdated, nice atmosphere and friendly service. The hotel is not designed for children, but they are more than welcome. It is centrally located in Barchum and there is ample parking space. It is on a "busier" provincial road but I did not notice it in the rooms. The breakfast is very tasty and more than adequate. I hope to go there again next year.

It is cozy. Good beds, and a good breakfast. Everything in a village atmosphere.
