Impinge Solutions Review

Excellent training provided by them, will suggest my friends for sure.

Impinge Solutions is an IT Company. It is an Upwork based Company. It has strength of around 90 people. The policies of the company are really good. They didn't fight on timings. Whether you arrived early or come late in the office. They have multiple shifts. Sometimes you have to come according to the Clients timings. But the projects they have are not good. They are picking everything on Upwork, whether it is a task of 2 hrs or 8 hrs. They mostly have projects in CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, kohana, Shopify, Magento etc. They have very less projects in MVC like Laravel, CakePhp etc. also in angular and node.

I have been working with Impinge Solutions for last one year. I am very happy with this organization. The culture is young, dynamic but not reckless. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. Environment is very professional and stellar.

Great place for students who wants some great knowledge.

The company said, "First Three Month Free Training and after three months we will be pay Stipend to you ".
Everyone Knows on March 21, 2020, Lock Down implemented, After Lock down, all IT companies employee doing Work From Home.

During Work From Home, First 2-3 weeks they give tasks after that they give no task and never pays single month Stipend to us. I tried to communicate so many times but they only reply " wait Kro abhi"

Whereas We see On Social Platform they uploading Post for hiring new Interns.

from Last 6 months I wait for a final response but they don't give a final response only replied "wait kro abhi"

Training is really good ..now hope i will place well in this company

Well I worked in this company for around 1.6 years , this company has flexible timings . It is purely based on upwork , so projects are mostly on CMS and their extension as their profile are strong in wordpress . You can gain a very good exposure of freelancing , if you are planning to be a full time freelancer. but the problem is that , this company has very weak management , there is no direct managing body. Distribution of work is in wrong hand , You won't be assigned according to your tech stack and then you will judged too .

IMPINGE SOLUTIONS is a good company to work with. The most interesting fact about IMPINGE is your ideas, vision & creativity is accepted. It has a very open culture where you can perform without any hesitation. There is lot of learning with this company.

In my opinion its the best IT company in Mohali region. Very supportive and informative co workers. I have been paid well during complete lockdown without any deductions. Recommended to all for work and learning.

As an HR intern my experience was good. Mentors are very supportive.If you really want to learn you should join impinge solutions.
