Nice location, walking distance from KLCC, one of hotel that provide bit more luxurious quarantine experience when you arrived in the country.

This is an excellent hotel and service is impacible.. I had to quarantine with very young kids and they took care of us like a family home. Yes please do understand quarantine has some standard processes. But there was no worry at all. Family were relaxed, fed and taken care of during the course of quarantine. I will highly recommend this place. MANY THANKS IMPIANA team

Good hotel with bad service. Was staying here for the back to Malaysia mandatory quarantine process. 14 days locked inside the room was part of the standard operation procedure. Room was good, spacious, Air-conditioning was functioning well, hot shower was also good. Unfortunately the in house service was very poor. The food supplied by the hotel 3 meals per day but all the meals were served cold, yes cold as ice sometime. This was also the same issue while quarantine in Singapore but they allowed outside food unlimited order which will be delivered straight to the room as soon as the hotel received it. But here in Impiana, only one order is allowed per day which is also limited to well established franchise like KFC, Mcd, Pizza etc. The rest of the restaurants are not acceptable for delivery. The worst part is the food must be delivered to the hotel before 5pm. But they will only send it to the room around 7.30pm onwards. So it's also cold as ice. Imagine eating cold foods for 14 days in row..

I don't understand what holding them from serving the warm foods. It's totally unacceptable. Hope they can improve the service. If others can do, why we can't?

Under quarantine here. Beautiful room. Food are not too bad. However very bad services and very disorganized when dealing with accommodating customers under quarantine. Basically, you need to call front desk 2-3 times to get your replenishment of basic needs such as toilet papers. Need lots of improvement in servicing your clients when comes to service industry.

Quarantine in this hotel. Room cleanliness need improvement. Good point is have a good place for working with sufficient power source. Food is average.

For the people that are thinking of choosing this hotel for quarantine, please think twice. I wouldn't waste my time write bad reviews on hotel if they are decent or actually good, but this specifically need a really bad review on. They have dirty rooms even though I'm here for quarantine, the room is yet not clean. Don't expect to have internet connection while you are in the room is just impossible to even use it for a simple whatsapp. The food is also really bad here and always have the wrong order.The only good part about it is that the room is big. Make this comment go viral and help people thank you.

It was not as I expected. It was f.... awesome. Good room. Delicious food. Great service. Recomended.

7th Day Review, Muted several TV Channels due decoder error for consecutive 3 days. Catering services breakdown.
5th Day. Greatly assisted and impressed with staff hospitality. However the stomping sound is still unknown and persisted, Fee Fi FO Fum
3rd Day Much Appreciated, on dedicated staffs to accomodate overwhelmed responses. Unfortunately, all sort off issues raise every single day. From Ventilation problem. Internet speed 0.75Mbps.... I just speechless to comment further. How could possibly this picked at first place to welcome travellers. Impiana Group has to do better especially during this hardship because restriction period.
----- First Day Review: Comfy and clean room. TV channels limited, however compliment with High Speed Internet 20Mbps.

Stayed here for 14 days quarantine in end November. Spacious room, comfy bed and pillows. Big toilet. Appropriate size table for working.

Quarantine food was tasty and came on time. Quarantine admin team respond swiftly to requests. No complaints for my quarantine stay, am satisfied!

The view is the best, 14 days looking at our beloved KLCC twin tower!

It's definitely a wonderful place to relax & stay. Staffs were all accommodating they give their % best inorder to satisfy the guests needs. It's clean, safe & well maintained. Highly recommended.
