Jon took time out of his busy schedule to visit with me on a project that Imperial isn t even involved with and offered to go out of his way to send me some info on various materials they have used. If that s the time and effort he d put in on a job that wasn t even theirs, I can t imagine the service and value that they bring to their customers.

Very rude company, Steve called to get a demolition quote from my company. When I asked to set up a time to meet with him at the jobsite, he told me "His time was to valuable to meet me at the jobsite". Proceeded to be very rude and hung up on me.
