It was okay I forgot them some papers that we had it went to go back

This is a great opportunity for anyone needing help with their utilities. There is a bit of a wait but once you get called it goes fairly fast as long as you have your paperwork in order. The people are very nice and understanding and I've never felt like I was being judged or disrespected. It's best to make an appointment, it can take some percervirence to get through but it's worth it once you get the appointment and don't have to hope you are one of the first 20 to get there by 7am I've gotten there at 5am and been to late before so it's a roll of the dice. It's best to get an appointment, and be on time.

Impact was so very helpful, a blessing really in a time of great need. The staff is very polite, understanding, and very non judgmental. They will help you in anyway they can.

This is probably the most disrespectful place to visit next to JFS offices in Columbus. The Staff are not only constantly loosing paperwork, they dont care if you get approved or not and will say it to your face. Will not speak with you like a human. If you try to voice your frustration in a civil and respectful manner they will claim that you are getting beliggerant and ask security to escort you out.

Impossible to get an appointment. You have to call daily and hope you get through to make an appointment.

They help me out with my utilities bill now I'm only paying ten dollars per month for 12 months.

In case you need assistance with your utility bills, Impact is the place to go to get help and also be placed on a payment plan called PIP

No one at the front desk to direct first time clients, security was too worried about tail watching instead of doing their job.

Ive never had a problem. As long as you have all of your documentation they will help you.

If you have nothing, recovering from an accident or crimes committed by others, you will need more help than this organization is able to offer

They were all very Very nice and every person had the full attention of the person helping them. It's also a very clean place. And bright lights. And everyone was all chipper and happy and smiling. It was very welcoming. They do great work here. I appreciate all y'all do. Thank you for helping me out in this rough time.

Rude staff. Typical low income type staff. Self centered. Building is old and dirty. Unless you know someone there just forget getting assistance. Typical contacted agency all about keeping their jobs.

They provide community services to the financially-challenged. They distribute free food, install home insulation, free computer & job training Services. They offer a lot to the community.

Got in sat a few hrs but got done at a reasonable time
