The staff are very professional and willing to help. I had a very great experience with Sania D Silva, our settlement counselor. She is highly knowledgeable. Her sessions are informative, impactful and most of all reassuring.

THESE 3 WOMAN ARE 2 WOMAN FROM INDIA and THE HEAD OF GROUP IS JEANNIE LOCATELLI. EVERYONE THAT SHE MADE FAIL THE TEST NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND REPORTED TO CIC BECAUSE ALL FUNDING IS COMING FROM THERE. THIS IS EXTREMELY SERIOUS AND HAS TO STOP SPECIALLY THE 2 WOMEN FROM INDIA SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATLY THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR LONG TIME!!!

I have been contacting with Teresa for 4 years. As a newcomer, We always have a lots of questions but it s hard to find someone to give you right answer. I think if you are new in Canada as well, you will have the same experience with me. But I m so lucky, I ve met Teresa when I started Calgary life. I had a great interaction with her where she provided very relevant and insightful guidance on how to search for employment more effectively in the Canadian market. I would recommend ISC to newcomers because they have good services (virtual career fair, volunteer opportunities, etc.). My employment counsellor, Krisztina, was helpful and friendly. Not only was she professional, she also seemed sincere and eager to help me out, which meant a lot.

I have been receiving great support from ISC throughout the past year and currently. As an immigrant it has not been easy integrating but thanks to ISC the process is made easier.

ISC is contributing a tremendous part by helping the new immigrants to find a better career opportunity in Canada. Also giving them an insight about how they can get new immigrant benefits from Canadian government.

Immigrant Service Calgary is such a warm community .I met Meenakshi Lamba, she was really professional and helpful. she gave me the tools i needed and showed me how to use them. I left there feeling really motivated.

Will definitely go to their Translation Centre again if I ever need to have some documents translated! I needed to get my driver's licence translated, and they did so in just a couple of days. Their service customer was also amazing: follow-up emails, prompt in replying, clear instructions!

The staff is very friendly and flexibilities. Also, the translation is done quickly. I would recommend The Language Bank ISC if someone wants to do the translation.

We have been attending "the early learning across culture pre-school" program at genesis centre and absolutely love the program. Staff is really amazing and my son loves going there. They have really interesting activities for the kids and very helpful workshops for parents.

ISC has provide me a real support when I newly came to Canada. It has given me the feeling that I am not all alone left in the country. It gave me the knowledge about cultures, traditions, different fun festivals which we celebrate happily here with friends and family. Despite being together it has helped me a lot in winter and summer clothings with accessories. I loved the yoga, zumba, Diwali, outdoor gathering, art and craft, and health related sessions the most. I am looking for more now. My toddler is into the ELAC online program during this pandemic situation and he loves doing so many activities which enhances his learning capability through various programs. I would love to attend more workshops from ISC.

Mrs. Radhika Menon and Mrs. Meenakshi Lamba are experts in their field and we had much more help from here than from any other immigration centers. They helped us and taught us a lot about the job market, employment opportunities and how to begin life here in Calgary. I would really recommend them to all newcomers. Calgary immigrant services is a very good place to be assessed by good and honest people that genuinely care about your development. i was fortunate to be assessed by Elana Alcaz who took the time to explain the things i needed to work on. she told me each and every step that i need to provide in my academics. she is a great professional that has a positive presence.She has great knowledge on the subject that i was being assessed on.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Mayda Canjura who is the career development practitioner. she guided me through all of the best paths for my career. she is also very knowledgeable and a a great professional. she gave me great Advice that have finally shaped my career path. Worst place you will ever go to. The employment counselling is terrible. Once you are done meeting with them, they would not answer your emails nor calls. No follow up nothing. Such behavior goes against the claims of ISC on their website. Sure they have excellent employment assistance programs but if you are looking for personalized individual counselling, don't count on these people.

I had one of the greatest experience while getting assistance from immigration service Calgary, specially Elena Alcaz is very supportive employee. For new comers as immigrant like me it s very difficult to find a good school to study, but with their help and assistance every thing seemed very easy. I am really thankful for their amazing work.

It was great visit. They will call your name exactly on the Time Scheduled. I've met with ELMA, she was really helpful, friendly, and she had a lot of useful information to help you settle, and to help you search for a job. She was not in a rush, I have stayed with her for around 1.30 hour, and she gave me a lot of Resources, and explained the ATS resume tracking software.
I really encourage every single New Comer to Calgary to start in this place. I tried other places, but this one was by far the best.

I had an e- employment counselling session with Meenakshi. The session was quite insightful with lots of tips to leverage job search engines and scaling interviews for newcomers. Meenakshi is quite driven to see you settle well and quickly career-wise.

Our family can't thank enough the Immigrant Services Calgary for the amazing After School Mosaic Program held at St. Peter School under the leadership of Ms. Roselyn Tougan and assistance of Ms. Liliana Arias during the 2019-2020 school year. Our 9 yrs. old Gr. 3 son Helgi Kaicz Laban had a blast and he really had fun. He had such an awesome time and really enjoyed.
We look forward to return again next year (in case there is a repeat) so please do keep us in mind when that time comes, probably invites will come eventually. ICS did a fantastic job providing assistance and recommendations for getting employment in Canada. Our advisor, Carlen, made us feel welcomed, was very engaging and knowledgeable and really made it easy to discuss all our concerns and get REAL answers to our many questions. She also provided a treasure trove of resources and even showed us how to use some of the online services for maximum effect, highlighting some if the things we were doing wrong and how to fix them. I was really impressed with Carlen and the overall ICS experience, both during the actual session and afterwards with the fantastic follow up. I % would recommend services offered by Immigrant Services Calgary to anyone that is new to Calgary. I registered my toddler in their early learning program that helps kids prepare for kindergarten and it has helped her significantly. My toddler absolutely loves her teachers. The teaching staff Ms. Darlene and Ms. Sahar are absolutely incredible. ISC also offer programs for moms, parents, seniors.
