I recently purchased some beekeeping supplies from this online store. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of products. The ordering process was smooth and my items arrived within the estimated time. However, I found the customer service to be only average. I had a few questions about certain products and it took quite some time to receive a response. Additionally, the packaging of the products could have been better. Some of the delicate items were slightly damaged during transportation. Although the prices were competitive, I expected a bit more attention to detail and faster customer support. Overall, I would rate this company as average.
