Wow, what a great company. Called to buy a liver test as had one with GP a few days before. Wanted to recheck as liver tests weren't all good. The person l actually talked me out of it as they said not much would of changed in a few days and to just do what the Gp recommended by going back in 2 or 3 weeks to redo then. They told me to not panic or waste my money for now. And what my GP has told me was correct. Never had a company talk me out of giving money to them. Impressed and feeling better about it now as well.

Imedical is amazingly fast and the customer service and variety/amount of tests on their website is second to none.I received some of my test results in one or two days and the rarer tests take longer as expected.There needs to be more self order pathology services like this company because as anyone who has dealt with doctors and medical reception staff,their bs attitudes and red tape inefficient beaurocracy etc like I have knows how stressful it can be (whether convincing doctor why you need the test or making numerous appointments to receive the test results etc)...

I have a need for private blood test as part of n = 1 diet experiment. I was excited to have found this website. That means, for a fee I can order any blood test I like, instead of going through GP where my requests would have been judged and possibly refused. I really like iMedical. The service is low cost. Result is fast within 24 hours. Staff are highly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Easy alternative to get a blood test. Although a little pricey. If you don't have time for the GP then i recommend ordering a test from iMEDICAL. Results came very quickly.

An excellent service, particularly for anyone who has to manage a chronic health condition. Normally arranging a pathology test involves an initial visit to your doctor, then the test, than a follow up visit to your GP. Which is great in the early stages when you need guidance and GP help. But it becomes more inconvenient and expensive in the ongoing phases when you just need to know how your condition is progressing.

I found the iMedical service to be be excellent. Their referral costs were very reasonable, my testing was carried out by a local pathology service, and the results came through very quickly. Worth five stars.

I experienced nothing short of a fantastic service and quick turnaround with iMedical. Sometimes, our healthcare system and GPs just fall short of giving us the information we need to monitor our own health. Some GPs even refuse to send me my pathology reports, insisting that I book another consultation appointment (and spend more $$ and time out of my schedule for a 10min visit). INCREDIBLY QUICK! I paid for my tests around 10am, had my test done around 1pm, and results were in my email inbox the next morning! PHENOMENAL! And no snooping or asking why i want to have certain things checked - something alot of GP's will do..."ummmm, because... it's my body, and i want to know whats going on with it...?" lol

Needed blood tests whilst I was travelling, and could not believe how easy Chris made this for me. My bloods are very erratic, but every time I needed to change the date or place of collection I only had to tell Chris and he sorted it all out, 24/7. The level of service here is way beyond what I expected, they really go the extra mile for you, and kept me informed all the time. I'd absolutely recommend iMedical.

I have been using iMEDICAL for almost an year now and never ever had an issue with my private tests. Also super fast service and all paper work is sent to your inbox with one hour of order placement. Highly recomended.

Had blood test results emailed to me in less then 24 hours from the time I had the blood sample taken. This is in a regional area of Qld too. Pretty impressive.

Unexpectedly very fast & immediate results handed out even on a Saturday very early morning. Considering panel drawn on Friday the PREVIOUS day. This is money very well earned spent and deserved. No doubt recommended. However brace yourselves to do some civil explanation to your collection nurse on how or why you decide to do this without GP, it may even raise some cortisol at that point.
