Amazing place where 2000 scientist from 77 countries around the globe are doing industry relevant research. in the last 30 years many of the breakthroughs in technology related to nano technology comes from here silently and goes through the well know companies in tech.
Incredibly unfortunate that you just can't call them with a question if you don't have a contact person. Customer service is simply not there if you just have an urgent question ....
