This is such a great place for adults and children alike. It is educational and entertaining all at once. However, it can be quite loud. If you are sensitive to noise you should be prepared.

I like it a lot! I don't get to go often because the parking downtown sucks badly! I like watching the kids do an activity and watch their eyes light up when they learn something they didn't know. The live demonstrations are so awesome, I think I like them better than the kids do. They need their own parking area just for the Imagination Station!

Plenty to do, fun, interesting stations. Most exhibits were well maintained. Some very unique exhibits. We went on a weekend, wasn't crowded. Clean facilities. Few staff, but the ones we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Storage lockers for coats/bags. The parking structure across the street is super sketchy.

Not inclusive.. they are having a girls only stem event. That s sad, boys need to be equally as encouraged that way even boys interested can have strong women around them to look up to. I don t see you having any boys only events so why be so uninclusive to begin with? People have more than one child, often each gender. I just think this is setting a bad example and is a horrible move on your part. Won t be back to a place who doesn t include boys/men too. I see it happening all over, more kids shows showing that girls can be doctors which is great and all but there are 0 that show boys can do it too. We are going to fall apart as a society unless it s made equal.

More expensive than I expected & I don't feel the experience was worth the price. I am an educator & appreciate the idea of it but every time I go it's not as intriguing as I hoped. We paid extra to check out the dinosaur display & there wasn't that much experience.

Certain things didn t work the same, or were scratched or just not kept in the best shape. However, i still had a great time and there s so much to do. It s a lot of fun to be there and so many little activities. Great place for all ages honestly.

Not cheap, but definitely a great place for children. If you've been to one excellent children's science museum, you pretty much know what to expect. Can bring your own food, or buy there. There are some parking garages within walking distance; these are extra fees unless you have a membership. Lots for kids to do. Can easily spend the entire day. The dinosaur exhibit is extra - can buy admission to "everything else" or a combo with the dino exhibit. Outside the museum are some parabolic dishes that kids can whisper in one and hear in the other. Those are free. Not a place for germophobes because the kids will be touching anything and everything.

I remember going here as a kid and now work here as an adult.
The place is fun to go to and even has a few changing rooms and features that make it a great place to revisit or even get a membership for. It makes learning about science fun and it gets kids and adults alike to explore Toledo and all the cool places that they can visit to learn and stay educated.

I've been there before and from what I could recall, it was decent for the kids. So my wife and I bought a season pass to take the kids in the summer and on days we weren't otherwise busy. This trip was an absolute NIGHTMARE though. We took our almost 4 year old to imagination station and were overrun by masses of obnoxious students who were on field trips from various schools. The entire trip was a nightmare and our child found himself being overrun by older (est. 8-12 year olds) kids who even made their way into the kindergarten or below age group section. The entire visit has my wife and I wondering if we made a grave and costly mistake, purchasing a year pass of $120. Plus, be aware parking is not exactly close if it's bad weather. So bring an umbrella or be prepared to drop off the family and be the one who ends up soaked, running to and from the car. I imagine it would have been better if there weren't demonic hordes of badly behaved children though. Take it for what it's worth.

Excellent place to take the kids in the winter, although there are outdoor science activities in the warmer months. A membership is a great value! Staff is generally very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and cared for. Street parking can be a challenge, but there is parking across Summit in the Vistula garage that is usually $3-$5 per visit. There are also membership options that include free parking.

Plenty of memories here. It's changed a lot over the years but still a great place to take young ones to explore and learn. Plenty of exhibits and they always have a traveling exhibit in town for variety. Lots of events on their calendar, check before you go to see what's available. There's a decent cafe available and several nearby restaurants within walking distance.

Such an awesome place for kids to learn STEM focused material in a fun way. They do an excellent job of making sure to mix exhibits up and have new things. I highly recommend becoming a member if you are local.

An absolutely great place to visit with kids! When we were there, they had an amazing Mythbusters exhibit. The only problem was that many of the special exhibits were a little pricey. But, over all, one of the best science museums that I've ever visited!

Not a bad place for little ones who love science and to explore. A great way to develop their senses... Although i do recommend going on days when there are no schools visiting, i found they let the kids run around unsupervised and they can be jerks to the little kids... The parking sucks, having a little one that doesnt depend on a stroller can become cranky from the long walk (to their little legs its a long distance), not to mention its creepy and smells like urine.

One of the many "jewels" in Toledo. Always have special things to do for kids. Great place to have fun and learn. Imagination Station is one of several places I bring up when someone says: "there is nothing to do in Toledo".
