The company offers a wide range of services, from photography to graphic design. Although their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be mediocre. When I reached out with inquiries, it took longer than expected to receive a response, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing detailed answers. The quality of their work, however, was satisfactory. The images captured during our photo session were of decent quality, but lacked the creativity and attention to detail that I was hoping for. Similarly, the graphic design services provided the basics, but lacked the wow factor that I was expecting. Overall, I would rate the company as average. While they deliver functional services, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and creativity.
