Karen and Katalina have always helped our school with shirts every year! They are kind, helpful and have creative designs

Fast service, very friendly staff, & prices are great! However, the print quality could be a little better. Color has kind of a faded look, but it may be due to the resolution quality of the image I submitted. They have made other large community events shirt orders for me, & have been very reasonably priced and accommodating.

Biggest challenge is just locating their office, it's in an industrial area near 9th & Carpenter. Be sure to use Clayton Road to access the office.

Helpful when ever I was able to speak to someone but they never call back they rush u out the door if its in a Friday and also sat in there ship for 10 min without even asking if I need help from the guy in the back was ready to make a purchase but they would tell me get ahold of original guy I talked to then upon leaving my number he never called back I took my business elsewhere

Told 3 times over 10days order would be done tomorrow. When I arrived, the staff didn't know why the order still wasn't done.

Can I give 0 stars? I have been waiting on an order for 7 months! The first 3 times the order was incorrect. I have called and emailed multiple times with no definite answer as to what the delay is. Definitely will not be using this company again.

I have done a lot of business there, I've had several jerseys altered, and modified I've had tshirts printed etc., I'm not from Modesto so this is the only place that I know that can either have stuff designed or printed from my home town, a couple of months ago I took a jersey for possible alterations, as mentioned I have done business in the past with two ladies that worked up front. As I walked in; I noticed that they were not there anymore, new workers were there, but I thought nothing of it, I showed the young guy what I wanted to get down and he said let me ask about this, so he asked this girl about my jersey. She wasn't very helpful, and seemed to have been busy, she was on the phone which is understandable but she didn't even look at what I had brought in and just says Nope! We don't do that. He says to me I'm sorry but I don't think we can do that for you, I told him well I've bought things in before and had the same work done but I wasn't going to argue. So I ask about a custom patch for my jersey, he types a little on the computer, takes measurements but then ask this same girl who then rolls her eyes, gets up and looks at what he is typing she says "No, that's not going to work and if you want this it's going to costs 3-400 dollars." She then walks back to her desk. I was like say what?? I don't think so. So unfortunately I won't be going back anytime soon

I've had multiple garments personalized here and its always been a hassle free experience. Karen is super fast and professional.

Where to start? Unfortunately the only two orders I've placed with this company were handled so badly, I can't continue to do business here in good conscience. First time I ordered they sent a proof for me to approve. I explained how/why it was not what I ordered, but they went ahead with it anyway and a week later told me it was ready to ship. I asked how that happened since I hadn't approved the proof. They apologized and resent the proof. It took 3 or 4 emails back and forth to explain and get my order right. We got the order but were missing 1 shirt. Two of my other shirts were incorrect (no names) and the colors were wrong on all of them.

Fast forward to my second order, placed 6 weeks or so ago with a request to get it expedited to arrive 3 days later. I still haven't received it. First was told it was lost in transit, then was told the second order shipped two weeks ago but have been trying to get tracking info for 4 days.

When you call they answer the phone, but don't answer your question. You have wait for them to look into it, and then you'll have to call back yourself, because they won't follow through. Also, you're told their email and computer systems have been down for 2 weeks every time you call.

At this point I've given up. I have placed my order with another company.

UPDATE: I got my shirts ordered and RECEIVED them from Crivelli's in Turlock and they're perfect. Only took a few days.
