I placed an order at the end of July and I'm still waiting for it. About 2 weeks ago when I checked on the status of my order, it said that it had been delivered on 8/23/25. I never received anything. I immediately had to find where to send them an email since I couldn't find a phone number and didn't hear back from them, so I emailed them again. I finally got a response but it was some preform letter telling me to wait for an email tracking number, of which was on the order but I didn't have a clue who the carrier was and I asked. They never answered me back and I've sent them a total of 5 emails and have not heard back from them. Now, I'm going to have to tell my charge card that I never received what I paid for. What a ripoff. I'm extremely dissatisfied, bad customer service and I was looking forward to the clothes I had ordered. I'd appreciate if someone could come up with a phone number for this place.
