Nice design but lazy service, they have green line call service with wasting 2 hours... in 2019 we need 3 month waiting or more days for prepare the machine francisfrancisx1. The system stays at 1933 it s ashame but they don t know :)))))) I hope some china rich company buy that and upgrade the system. That s uniq solution may be.. not bad taste espresso coffee . Good job & have a niceday .

Some great coffee. The tour is well worth the time spent. Everything from bean selection to roasting to grinding and packaging. Who knew there was so much involved in making this incredible product. I picked up a moka pot and it is now my go to coffee maker. Do this.
