Illinois Shakespeare Festival Review

The seating is great. The staff is so helpful and the actors were wonderful. "As You Like It" was the best.

If you love Shakespeare then you will love this theater. I just saw Hamlet there. The venue is super cool and the performance was awesome. This is a jewel of Bloomington-Normal that you must experience.

Wonderful theater, nice picnic grounds, great performance. It's a fantastic night out for the family or a date. The Elizabethan style outdoor theater is a perfect setting for a night of picnicking and a Shakespeare play. The actors are a mix of equity, near-equity, and college age performers who give their all to make for good theater.

Love this place (Ewing Manor) and the Shakespeare Fest. We've been coming here for 20+ years.
Picnic beforehand on the lawn, listen to some jazz, or watch the improv etc, then enjoy Shakespeare as good as anywhere.

We saw the Merry Wives of Windsor. Great setting and the actors were awesome!
