Nasty, filthy, run down, and the stairs are falling apart.
My band and I practice at this space after having to scramble for a new place to setup in a hurry. We had a lot of trouble finding anything reasonable in downtown San Francisco, but RHL found a way to get a space for us here on 4th street. The other musicians in the building are chill and friendly, and the facilities are very manageable.
Management is straight forward and easy/nononsence. No suprises.No unseen difficulties,no hassles. Affordable practice/rehersal space. Need safe space for your gear RHL Rehearsal gets it done.
Good studios, but neighboring musicians are clearly audible.
